Just a note to say thank you for installing my new Vaillant combi-boiler. It is a pleasure to have hot water again, I didn't realise how much I missed it.
 
As you know I had concerns about the shower pressure, but I needn't have worried as all is well. I'm almost looking forward to winter, when I'll be able to use the new heating system.
 
You both did a very high quality, professional job, for which I am very grateful.

Apologies I haven't sent this through to you sooner, but I wanted to say a big thank you for the great job you did installing our new Vaillant combi-boiler.  It is such a novelty having to actually put cold water into the girls' bath because it's a little too hot for them, this is a situation we haven't been in for quite a few years with our boiler and cylinder. 

The house is quite a lot cooler as well and we are absolutely thrilled with it.  Thankfully the shower pressure is absolutely fine and in actual fact is somewhat better than before.  You guys did a very professional job and I couldn't believe how tidy it all was when I got back home. 

Thanks so much again, you can't believe how much of an improvement we have seen and you guys were terrrific.  We'll be in touch when we next need your assistance!!!!

Just a quick note to say thanks for the excellent service you guys delivered when installing our new boiler.

The performance of the actual boiler is fantastic and we are all over the moon at being able to have a shower without the water going cold every 45 seconds.  
 
Carol and I were also very pleased with the quality of service that you delivered such as:
